The largest proportion of the envelopes we produce are printed for customer specific requirements and we have a wide range of print capabilities to meet the needs of customers.
From simple 1-colour designs to high quality 4-colour process images our capabilities allow us to help you decide the most effective and competitive format to achieve the quality you want.
Our comprehensive range of reel-fed envelope machines is the most efficient way to manufacture and print envelopes. It balances high-speed production with high quality flexographic printing and short, responsive lead-times.
Lithographic printing is used for printing high quality and close register images. Litho overprinting jet-presses are capable of producing both simple 1 colour and complex 4 colour process images quickly and efficiently.
It is ideal for short and long runs that require the highest quality finish to your print. We can also convert pre-printed litho reels into finished envelopes offering customers a complete printing service.
If you want close register, multi coloured, printed images featured in your design, then we can flexo most jobs by using our Pro-flex method.
This latest flexo technology attracts the benefits of cost-effective printing with complex images offering 4-colour process printed designs or total 100% coverage and solid colours showing depth
and consistency across the entire surface.
The installation of the W+D 628 machine at Heritage was a £2 million investment and the first of its kind in Europe.
Our newest machine brings a whole new layer to the conventional flexo process and is capable of faster running speeds allowing us to turn around jobs quicker than ever before. With multiple new printing capabilities, we can bring your images to life.
